Groovin’ Paws uses online software called Time To Pet. This user-friendly software, which can be accessed at any time, allows you to add client/pet info, schedule visits, and make payments. Download the free app, Time To Pet, to receive in real time visit reports with pictures of your pup(s) on the go.

Q. WHERE DO I START?
We love to welcome new clients to our Groovin’ Paws family! You can visit our Contact page to submit your info. We will get in touch with you within 24 hours to schedule a complimentary 30-minute Meet and Greet to establish our friendship.
Q. WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE INITIAL MEET AND GREET?
The initial Meet and Greet usually lasts 15-30 minutes. It’s a great way to get to know each other. We enjoy this opportunity because it allows you to share details about your pup(s) and to ask any questions you may have.
If you decide to hire Groovin’ Paws for all your pup’s needs, we will need 2 functioning keys ready for us at the time of the Meet and Greet. One key will be provided to your primary dog walker and the other key will be stored in a safe location in case of emergency. If you live in a gated community, you must provide key cards, fobs, or appropriate access codes required for entrance.
Q. IS GROOVIN’ PAWS LICENSED, INSURED, AND BONDED?
Yes! Groovin’ Paws Dog Walking and Sitting is insured and bonded through Business Insurers of the Carolinas and licensed in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Our top priority is to make sure your pets and home are safe and well cared for.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT’S RAINING OR BAD WEATHER?
We throw on our raincoat and boots! Rain or shine, hot or cold, we are there for your pups. On days of extreme heat or cold weather, we will shorten the walk and spend more time playing inside to ensure the safety and health of your pup. In case of extreme flooding or hurricanes we will notify you that your scheduled visits may be delayed or cancelled.
Q. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We only accept online payments with credit or debit cards. The system we use is called Time To Pet and it is very user-friendly and is an all-in-one solution to billing and scheduling. In order to begin service we must have a card on file.
Q. WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR SERVICES?
Our daily dog walking clients will automatically be charged every Friday of each week.
Pet sitting clients will be automatically charged on the last day of service.
We ask that all clients please pay promptly to avoid a late fee.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
There is a $10 fee for any services cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancelations within an hour of your scheduled visit will result in the full rate of your service being charged.
